I would try using side cutters or tin snips to cut the hose clamps off.  If you can't do that, cut the hose with a sharp knife, and drop the tank.  Removing the sway bar requires you to spread the inner support links and slide the bushings along the sway bar so that you can pull the sway bar out of the inner support links.  Of course, you also have to remove the outer sway bar support clamps.  Good luck.
