The vent window seals for early models have the same issues.

The situation is no better on the right than on the left. From the drivers seat you can see at one point on the the passenger door vent main seal where you can see right through.

My friend Eric who instaled the weatherstripping says he can't tell if the noise is more from the roof rail seals (also not made by Steele) or the Vent window main seal. After driving it for awhile today, I think it is from the vent window seal.

Eric spent a lot of time adjusting the window so the seals would work at all. If anyone on the list has had issues with Vent Window seals or 65-66 replacement turn signal switches, I'd like to know.

We have now put 2 turn signal switches in the car and neither has worked, I'm not positive of the price but they are CONSDERABLY LESS than 125. My thinking takes me to the vendors no longer have the GM switch, and have outsourced it to some overseas outlet.
