<VV> 63 turn switch cable adjustment

Smitty Says;  Clark what you need is to go to a tech session on Early turn 
switches where the instructor knows what he is doing.  The system works 
quite well if you work all the slop from 50 years of wear out of it. clean 
and lube the switch etc.
Frank there has been no adjusting screw on the friction clip of any Early 
turn switch I have ever seen.  There is a clamp to hold the wire jacket on 
some cars but was apparently eliminated as superfluous on others.  You don't 
need a whole lot of friction from the clip when the switch moves easily.
