<VV> 63 turn switch cable adjustment

That's the screw I'm refering to.  Holds the sheath, not the center 
wire. Thanks for the correction. Been a while since I had to work on one.

I have taken the switches apart and cleaned the terminals to get them to 
operate like new. Lube with Vasolene.
