Amsoil all the way!  Contact Randy Hook at  judynrandy at comcast.net  I
switched and this stuff is awesome... if you aren't convinced put some of
this and some regular motor oil in the freezer overnight...  even better
drain some of this stuff after a couple thousand miles and compare it to
regular oil drained out after the same amount of time.  The difference is
HUGE!
