I have not seen this show and after reading about it here likely will not.
We fight the ignorance about Corvairs every day. We would like to see one of
the real pro shows (Foose comes to mind) do something with a Corvair and I
don't mean Pimp My Ride either! I like the shows that teach you or make you
aware of something unique with no manufactured arguments from inked up
cartoon people having a bad hair day and impossible timelines to ad so
called drama.
I remember the show that started all this. It was two specials about Jesse
James and his metal crafting talent to create a bike or gas tank out of
sheet metal and pipe with basic tools. We all know how he ended up too.
At least we Corvair types are doing things with our beloved vehicles.

>I really had hopes for this show, esp when they bought a early corvair. I
>just wondered what they were going to do with it, because all they know is
>front engine lead sleds. Lost all hope with the last show, and the Ford
>500. They, the producers I guess, mingled shots of Fords with Chevys,
>mostly any 60s Chevy. Who does not know the difference between Ford and
>Chevy. And the kept doing it. What a bunch of idiots! I guess it just goes
>to show you how bad the shows are these days. I sure would not buy a car
>from these idiots. How sad, it could have been a good show, for the hobbie,
>but all it shows is a bunch of money grubbing idiots, who think they know
>what they are doing.
