Hi

Just wanted to share with you that Friday night after the sun got down a
little, (Its been really hot and humid here in Michigan), I got to take my
wife on a Corvair cruise to the nearby drive in restaurant, then the long
way home.  The sky was a clear dark blue and the temp was about 78 and it
was just a great night to put the top down and go for a cruise.  Why is this
special?

Well, this is the first time in two years that she has been able to get into
a car and go for a ride.  She has been terribly ill for several years, and
has mended enough to get into a car.  The problem was, our mini-van was too
high for her to get onto the seat.  (She has severe limitations on climbing
even a small step.  But the Corvair was just the right height, kinda low
slung and she could just sit down on the front seat  and swing her legs
in...the vair has remarkable front seat leg room.  Looks like our little
Mnza vert will be the "go to the doctor" vehicle for some time to come.

So it was Vairforce One  to the rescue.  Another reason to love this little
odd ball vehicle.

Just wanted to share the happy.
