<VV> Corsa dash finish/speedo question

Trying to find a local place to get Krylon 3370 jet black wrinkle finish paint 
for a Corsa dash, any suggestions? Also I have two Corsa speedometers one with a 
bad odometer one with a missing sweep. Anywhere I can look and find a 
speedometer disassembly or reassembly diagram/directions. I havent had one apart 
for years and Ive forgotten how it goes. Also, whats a good way, out of the dash 
to test a factory tach? Hook up to coil I suppose?
