<VV> 3-speed input shaft

Keep it all together then for a multipurpose tool.  I should have said cut it in two pieces but then it would only work if the trans was alone and not on transaxles...

If you cut it in half it won't be long enough to check the 12/14 spline in
the trans unless you take off the aluminum bearing cover on the trans.
