looks like a KD insert would work there.  i would start at a lawn  mower 
repair shop , if no other ideas closer...a busy car repair shop should  have 
the kit , look at page 173 in Clarks catalog. if you can find a tap to try  , 
and it fits tight enough , i have never had that type repair fail.  local  
auto parts may even have a rental / loaner, and inserts. for a spark plug 
hole  problem , this is the best repair.
