If you look around you will find a bunch of other folks taking full  
advantage of the greed and lack of ethics of these folks. That said, it is  
important to realize that, like the "pirates" of Somalia, conditions in their  
country have combined with technology (large ships and the Internet) to make an 
 attractive target about their only means of support. It is sad, but would  
probably make a good Sitcom, in the general likeness of "Sh*t my dad  says".
