<VV> Idler Arms

Can the original idler arms on a 61 Rampside have a grease fitting put in where 
there isnt one as in where the replacement arms have them? Greased everything up 
but unable to grease the idler arms. Seems like they could be stiff. Real tight 
with no wear movement on mine but would like to grease them if I can. Anyone add 
them to theirs?
