<VV> '60 in photo in Charleston (WV) Gazette

There is a line in the state anthem of my native West Virginia which goes; "If for sea or land I roam, still I think of happy home, and my friends among the West Virginia hills."  This is true in my case as I still go on line to read my hometown paper, the Charleston Gazette, despite my nearly a quarter of a century living in New Jersey.  This practice this morning yielded a photo of a '60 Corvair at a car show that was part of an event known as Summerfest.  I wonder if Rick Norris knows the car's owner.
