<VV> engine removal

Today is the day for transmission swap . I need to know how high I have to get the rear bumper on my Rampside off the floor to get the power train out the rear with a standard floor jack with engine balanced on a 2x10. Have an engine cradle but can never get the thing balanced right so I think I`ll just use a board. Whats typicle height needed?
