Hi, Phil, and thank you for your inquiry about the 2012 convention schedule.

Yes, there are some apparent conflicts in the published schedules at
this point. The organizers are aware of these and are tweaking things
to minimize conflicts and lock down a firm schedule.

At the time that the schedule was first published in the March issue,
there were still some unresolved details. Perhaps we should have
waited, but there were plenty of people eager to see a schedule and so
one was produced using the information available at that time.

In the weeks to come you will see updates to the posted schedule and
before you arrive in Sturbridge it should be quite solid. But all
schedules remain subject to change based on circumstances, and
last-minute revisions will be made if necessary.

Thank you for your interest in the 2012 convention. We look forward to
having you with us in Sturbridge this July.

The Schedule that's posted on the Convention web-site is the same as was printed in March - different from the one printed in April. Both versions have issues of potential conflict. (e.g.: Cole Competitors' Meeting at the same time as Autocross Tech Inspection)
