At least he didn't drop an I-beam on the Corvair, like he did with that '55
Nomad !
That would have been a crime (not that doing it to a Nomad wasn't a terrible
way to get a laugh :<{!)

What was the story behind that car, and where is it now ?

I've always wondered about that episode ...

Yes the episode of Home Improvement did have a Corvair in it.  The car used 
was larry Shapiros 66 Corsa Convertible.  Larry and I were there for the 
filming.

Tim Allen also had a Yenko Stingere which he raced.  That car is now in 
Western PA and is owned by a collector.  I have worked on that car.
