<VV> Jay Leno's Convention Greeting

Many times (to the uninitiated) I've said "If there is a wreck, you are the 
first one there".  This couched in a semi-serious, semi-humorous tone.  Jay 
was just repeating a "joke" that we've all heard before and even says (of 
the "joke") - doesn't make a lot of sense.  And yes, he has pointed out 
potential safety questions in many of his collection cars over the years. 
So, relax a bit and don't take offense.
