There is a 'shortcut' for inserting eBay listing into emails that can help
prevent broken, multi-line (i.e. really long) web addresses using just :

http://cgi.ebay.com/itm/ + [item #]

Examples :
(short version): http://cgi.ebay.com/itm/270908625669

(In fact, the "http://" can be omitted too?)

(long version): 

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1964-Chevy-Corvair-Runs-Great-low-miles-One-K
ind-OBO-/270908625669?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3f13699305_  
(http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1964-Chevy-Corvair-Runs-Great-low-miles-One-

The 'long version' usually includes a bunch of extraneous junk that makes it
hard to copy, or even click on it, and is unnecessary to find the item.
