Starting with the 1955 model year and through the 1987 model year, GM made MILLIONS of steel wheels, styled steel wheels, and even some alloy wheels, with the 4 3/4 inch diameter bolt circle that will fit a Corvair! They come in 14 and 15 inch tire diameters. They can range anywhere from 4 1/2 to 8 inch in width. They almost all have the the same backspace / offset as the Corvair. The early wheels are for drum brakes but somewhere around 1970 they were mostly made to work with either disc or drum brakes. They were used on almost all Chevies, GM 'A' Bodies, and derivatives, from Pontiac, Olds, and Buick. Can't think of any that don't clear the Corvair center hub [they do not have to be a tight fit and most of the styled steel wheels don't have a regular center hole at all] but they can be enlarged if necessary. Many of them will also fit FC but some care is needed in making sure they do not hit the tie rod end.
