Not the ones I've measured - Corvair wheels are offset 1" *inboard*, the wheels from the '60s, '70s, and '80s that I've checked are either zero or offset slightly *outboard*.  Basically a 7" wide GM wheel has all the extra width on the outside.  They can work, but there can be issues.
