The restoration/reproduction types have picked up on the 185/80R13s; 
you'll be able to get them for the foreseeable future. You just won't be 
able to buy them at Corvair prices but paying more for tires is still 
cheaper than new wheels and tires...even though going to 14s or 15s is 
pretty easy to do and what I did.

Coker Tire (whitewall only?)
Diamond Back Classic Radials (you can special order blackwall only...or 
two whitewall widths)
Vredestein (EU equivalent of 725-13 so slightly bigger than stock for LM 
Corvair, blackwall and two widths of whitewall...used to be carried by 
Diamond Back, now by Coker...have to ask specifically for them)

I talked directly to both Diamond Back and Vredestein about the 
185/80R13 issue.

Of course the repro vendors carry an even wider range of 14/15 inch tires.
