It was my understanding (mistaken?) that it was unwise to go past the J or L 
rating because of reduced ZDP.  M rating not being good for flat tappet 
engines.  One of the oils you mention - Rotella - went to M rating a year or 
more ago.  I don't know about the others, but would not be surprised to find 
most (maybe all?) have gone to M as well.
