<VV> Crank seal surface runout limit

Doug, I do not remember any criteria for this. There are measurements
at the bearings. I'd say that is about as true as one can get. As long
as nothing else prevents it, polish and reinstall. Mark Durham

I am in process of tearing down my project car engine, which I plan to
rebuild, and I am slowly taking measurements as I get time to tinker.
I looked in my Manual for the limit on the crankshaft seal surface
runout, but I don't find anything. I measured 0.002 inches. Does
anyone know what is acceptable?
