The exhaust cutout should have a flange around the opening, with the 
flange pointing in towards the engine. Spyder look alikes have a simple 
cutout without the flange. Unless the guy was very good at the 
conversion and replaced the rear body panel.

The spare tire mount has a bump on it to tilt the tire away from the turbo.

The voltage regulator (for the stock generator setup) is mounted at an 
angle with an extra piece of metal between the regulator and the stock 
500/700/Monza mount. But this is easily changed.
