Matt may be referring to the sound-deadening material found inside the 
quarter panels of Corvair trucks, which over the years can come loose, 
fall down, and block the engine air inlets.

However, only Greenbrier and Corvairs had this insulation from the 
factory, it is not present on Rampsides.
