Chris, I should have prefaced my rings remarks with first you need to
see if the turbo seals are leaking, they seal best when running, and
not so well at idle, so check that first, if it's not that, it could be
the rings, then try the heavier weight oil. Mark durham

 Mike's right.. pull the turbo to crossover pipe hose and look for oil..
