I have not heard of any specific books written on the 50th anniversary of
the corvair, but Dave Newell has been writing some great informational 50th
anniversary articles for the Communique the past three years.

Was there any kind of a book on the 50th anniversary of the Corvair? I've
seen 3 different Illinois special event license plates, but that's about it.

All, Just read that on June 28th 1953 the first of 300 new Corvettes rolled
off the line in Flint Michigan. Hard to believe just a little over 6 years
later our favorite car started it’s production run.
