I am restoring the Sagan Corvair (64 Spyder convert).  I appreciate your 
message and will give the Library of Congress a try after awhile.  It has 
been hard to break into his inner circle but if the papers are made public 
it should be alot easier.  Thank you for the information - I usually listen 
to NPR while working on the car but somehow missed this program. 
Incidentally, the Sagan Corvair is being assembled but rather slowly at this 
point as it takes alot of bucks to buy everything that this car needs 
(interior, top, etc.).  The whole rather silly process is recorded here
