<VV> Wiper refills

By the past 10 years I was forced to use 16" wiper sets as 15" are hard to find here, in Mexico, but, 2 months ago, while lurking at a dollar mart type store, found wiper refills on sale (most no brand China made). As I had nothing to do by about an hour, started searching for 15"s (in a big basket) and found 8 sets of 15" refills. Best thing was they were the only ones with a known (Trico) brand for about $ 1 each set. Sometimes is good having nothing to do.

I went to autogroan, adrancid auto parts, poop boys, Napa, carQuist, and a couple of local flaps and got the same story from all of them, the refills had been sent back to the manufacturer and were no longer available. Finally found two sets at a local mom & pop parts store. I guess wiper blades are joining 13" tires and other parts that are hard to find.
