<VV> swapping Caveman engine

If you use the later engine sheet metal you could have warm-up problems as
the 60 has a warm-up ring at the cooling fan entrance and all the other
years have doors that close off the cooling air exits at the manifold area.
You would need to close off the heater outlets on the manifold shrouding.

Yes. No difference.

Yes. You MUST use the '60 starter. Any other will get in the way of
the rear package area floor sheet metal. The solenoid on the '60
starter is located differently.

Engine tin is close enough that there won't be any real issues. The
only part that's actually is the tin that meets the rear firewall and
it's not all THAT different. The '60 engine and the '63 engine can
easily swap their tin.

In a word, yes.

Yes and not at all. BTDT Twice, once with my own '60 which currently
has a '66 110 in it.
