 Same at my place, except I bring it in at night and bad weather. We are starting to fly them more and more at the Fort, partly out of respect for our vets, partly to craw attention that we're actually doing work there, and have crews in the place!

Just a reminder to all those patriotic citizens.

§6. Time and occasions for display

 1. It is the universal custom to display the flag only from sunrise to
    sunset on buildings and on stationary flagstaffs in the open.
    However, when a patriotic effect is desired, the flag may be
    displayed twenty-four hours a day if properly illuminated during the
    hours of darkness.
