Guys
Since I’m being Redundant---by answering a question “how do you know the AC and Wix are the Same filter”----I WATCHED BOTH BEING MADE---AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!

I also was in the Johnson Controls Battery Plant in Greensboro, NC---where the EXACT SAME GUTS went into 3 different batteries-----Autozone, Interstate, Parts America Batteries.

Same plant, same components, different colored cases. But ask JR----I’m just being “redundant”.

It was earlier mentioned that Dexron IV was re-developed in the mid 90’s for the newer GM trannies. Additives were put in, nothing taken out.

Any vehicle that had a tranny that ran on III can use IV, ------During the switch-over period, you had to be sure that “New” vehicles of the mid 90’s and beyond used IV only and not III.

Mercon V was originally developed for late 90’s Ford Trannies. I’m sure by now it has other uses as well.

No wonder I don’t post here often anymore---always someone.......

Hank
