<VV> Shrouds

I run my three "frequent use" Corvairs all year with all of the shrouds on 
as it only gets to 115 here in the summer and haven't had any heat problems 
with them over the last 30 years.  I keep working thermostats on them as I 
like heat in the winter and don't like to futz with them inbetween summer 
and winter.
