Yes, the FCs, even 1961, uses the same master cylinder that fits 62 to 66
cars. So a dual master can bolt right on an FC.

The 60 and 61 car use a master cylinder casting that is unto itself in size
and shape. It does not fit the hole in the firewall the same, the biggest
difference is the master cylinder, including the reservoir, is on the
passenger side of the firewall! Only the fill cap is visable from the trunk
area. The brake pedal push rod never enters the trunk area.

The MC on a truck is under the floorboard.  Still, it might be worth a call
