Not quite right.  The 1961 FC  M/C is held on by four cap screws where 
the 62-5 FC M/C uses only two cap screws.  The four bolt M/C uses a 1/4" 
diameter steel brake line back to the coupling cross where as the two 
cap screw M/C uses a 3/16" diameter steel brake line.  The M/C with 
lines will interchange.  Because of the location of the FC  M/C next to 
the front left subframe an AMC dual master cylinder is recommended for 
clearance reasons if one contemplates changing to a dual circuit master 
cylinder.
