<VV> Master cylinders

Forward control cylinders are square and have 4 bolts holding it on.  The
fill cap is small so you can remove it thru the access hole in the floor.
That being said you can use a car master cylinder by only using two of the
mounting bolts.  The spring clip that holds the later cylinder cap on is
difficult to access thru the floor hole so you have to pop it off/on by
going under the FC.  I would guess a dual cylinder would bolt to the
mounting holes on an FC but again the longer cap would have to be removed
and installed from underneath.
