The VIN number of my '66 Corsa 140 shows it was built at Van Nuys. (Additionally the fellow I bought it from said he bought it from a "little old lady" from Vallejo, Ca.). It does not have a smog pump. Could it have been removed and if so how can I tell? Steve Sassi Long Island Corvair
