<VV> Muncie vs. Saginaw debate

I think I can shed some light on this.  When I became CPF Curator, I
inherited numerous Corvair engineering drawings that various engineers
spirited out of the GM Tech Center.  Some gears in the early 4 speeds were
made by Borg Warner in Muncie, IN.  The later transmissions all had Saginaw
Gear drawings.  As far as I know all the Corvair stick shift transmissions
were assembled in Saginaw, MI.  The Powerglides were built in Toledo, OH.
