<VV> Tire/wheel size and psi

If the trunk is empty, 32PSI on the fronts will likely make you feel like 
you are dribbling a basketball down the road.

I typically have 24 front and 32 rear.  I also normally have about 40+ lbs 
of tools and other items in the trunk.  13 inch wheels with 185/80 tires.

The questions now might become....  Where did you get the new 185/80s?  13 
inch wheels?  At what price?
