<VV> value opinions on a nice 140

I have a very nice running 66 Corsa 140 engine that came with my red car.
The engine runs beautifully, makes no strange noises, and does not leak
oil. When I bought the car I was told it had very few miles put on it
after a full rebuild some 10 years ago. I haven't seen anything to make me
think the seller was lying but it is an unknown. I drove the car with this
engine in it for a few months before I put in my built up 140 and it was
very nice. Obviously we don't know if the valve seats are stock, staked,
or deep seats were installed. The engine is 100% ready to go, complete
with good carbs and Seth's plug wires.

I have a guy who wants to buy it, what do you guys think is a fair price?
The buyer has a set of 140 heads on hand that he will have deep seats put
in and install those when they are ready so the unknown heads are not a big
issue for him.

The buyer has heard the engine run and was satisfied. What do you guys
think I should ask for it?

Thanks again,

Ray Rodriguez III
