<VV> FC front dropped spindles

I am pretty sure that Joel had to cut the taper for the lower ball joint from 
above  . . . the 55-57 lower ball Joint points up, while the FC lower ball joint 
points down.  Most dropped spindles also have a disc brake conversion available, 
this would be a good time to upgrade.
