<VV> accelertor return spring?

The other end attaches to a metal tab welded to the sheet metal shroud toward the front of the car. The tab has a small hole in it.

Hi - Can someone verify where and how does the accelerator return spring attach 
to on the linkage on a late model (1966) 110HP engine. I can't seem to find a 
picture of this in the GM assembly manual. 

Need to confirm where and how it attaches to the linkage. A photo would be 
welcomed too. Thanks!

Thru the hole in the swivel pin that connects the throttle rod to the cross shaft.
