 At only 20% efficiency at full speed, it should be easy to get more air flow and pressure without more HP.

You're sure right about that, Bob!  It would take a complete redesign of the 
heads and cylinders to make a noticeable difference.  If a fan that could 
force more air thru was installed, it would only require more power.
