The only cutting Ned had to do on the sedan dash was to remove the two
"ears" that the control shafts of the origianal radio stick thru.  The DIN
radio is actually mounted to a shallow box that is attached to the back side
of the dash.

Since a photo is worth a thousand words . . .  I have attached a couple of
photos . . . closed and open.
