<VV> Vair on Google Maps ~ fogged out the wheel covers too ? Possible Explanation.

I am not sure the wheel covers are blurred.  It appears  that the shadow of 
the car on the street is roughly reflected in the  covers.  I don't think 
this would be the case if they were digitally  blurred.  They may appear 
blurred because the reflected street is grayish  and rough.  Also, the wheel 
covers may not be polished.
 
Just a possible explanation.

I  would believe they use a program to find and auto blur anything that  
looks  
like a face or a license plate.  I bet the program  "thought"  the wheel  
covers looked like a face.
