The car is very interesting and completely new to me...based on mixed parts,
presumably all aftermarket ordered parts, some from Fitch's shop, some from
other aftermarket sources.

The interesting Fitch points...

Correct vinyl roof
Correct original Hands Wheels
Correct Radson Tachometer and mount location

Oddities..
Non-Fitch style painted on stripes, correct for period, but Fitch strips
were solid without spacer line
Incorrect stoneguards, Fitch never offered singles, they were "other"
aftermarket, Fitch only offered full width guard.
LM steering wheel and Telecolumn, custom and curious..
No other visibly remaining Fitch options...but can't see engine, steering,
or suspension mods...

Is that a late telescoping column/wood wheel setup shown in the last pic
(http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=vzblso&s=6)?

If yes, I don't know anything about Fitch Sprints so I'm assuming this was
not how they were configured, and that this item was added later.

Is that right?

No real idea... Rick Loving is the expert here...

But most likely it was easy... '64 -early '65 columns are very similar..
