Thanks Mark - one note about this break in, I'm not sure I can do it this way because the cam manufacturers usually recommend a high rpm for the first 20 minutes or so.  Thoughts?

Thanks to the folks who replied back on rings, it looks like what I really want are moly rings, not chrome.
