<VV> 69 140 BANG!

On the highway yesterday, my 69 would backfire through the driver's side LOUD, It would happen on a downslope portion when I would back off the accerator (not suddenly though)
It did that several times. Once only on the pass side though. I was going to a Vair friend's place, his opinion was the idle was OK, didn't have time to chech it out though.

Poking my nose around, I could not get the secondaries to activate (?)

Any thoughts appreciated
