<VV> Electrical problem #2

I have another  electrical problem with the '60.  This one should be easier to 
solve than the first one was. 
    Very strange.  Thoughts and opinions welcome. Thanx.

Bad grounds!!  Fun to find!  Start by unplugging the connector at the cowl  and test each   ground circuit individually  from the inside of the light socket..... you should have less than 0.2 ohm
