Wow!  Never would have thunk it!  I had a guy wanting to buy Mr. Redd on
the way home from the convention, but when I suggested we start the
negotiations at $100K, he lost interest.  Same deal as yours.  He asked me
if I wanted to sell and I answered, "Everything is for sale at the right
price."  The $100K was my, "I don't really want to sell it," price -- and I
didn't.
